I can’t say enough good things about this repair shop. From the moment I called, they treated my car like a priority and me like a person, not just another ticket. They took the time to explain what was wrong in plain terms, showed me the parts involved, and laid out my options without any pressure. What stood out most was how they went the extra mile to get me back on the road quickly—squeezing me in same day, sourcing a quality part at a good price, and even giving me a quick status update call so I wasn’t left wondering. The work was done right the first time, and the car runs perfectly now. Pricing was more than reasonable—transparent estimate, no surprise add-ons, and they even pointed out a couple of things that could wait instead of upselling. Honest, skilled, and genuinely helpful. Our tire was shredded and ready to pop. Quoted us fast and had the tire replaced in the span of probably ten odd minutes. Very fast and efficient. Very friendly and great service.

I initially went to this shop for a catalytic converter issue. Before starting the work, the owner clearly told me he would fix it for $100. After I agreed and they got the parts, he suddenly changed the price to $180. That already felt dishonest. After the catalytic converter was replaced, they told me my upper engine mount was bad and asked me to bring the part myself. I purchased the upper mount and had them install it, but the original issue was still not resolved. Then they told me that three more mounts needed to be replaced. It honestly feels like they keep adding new problems after every visit. The pricing changes and the way they keep finding “new issues” make this experience feel like a scam. Please be very careful before going to this shop. Make sure you get everything in writing, including the exact price and full scope of work, before they start the repair.

What happens at Vegas, is amazing service! Nothing but the best. I was an hour from home and a piece of metal punctured my tire and rim. I called Vegas 5 minutes before they closed and asked them if they could help. They repaired my rim, and I made it safely home. If they hadn’t came up with an amazing fix and truly cared to help me out, then I would have been stranded with my 4 year old an hour from home. They stayed open almost an hour and half past just to find a solution for me. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Great people and great service. Especially the owners wife, she was absolutely the sweetest to my son. Gave him a cookie and Gatorade while we had to wait and helped keep him entertained. Very honest and sincere caring people.
